Inspection
The Standard Criterium Engineers home inspection is an on-site evaluation of your home's systems, including the structure, by licensed professionals.
 
Detailed Narrative Report
Our detailed narrative report is tailored to the property and your needs. Many inspection companies give you a check list or a generic reference that doesn't provide you with a true understanding of the home. Our written report starts with a summary that is followed by a system-by-system description and a discussion of any observed deficiencies. The report concludes with a 10-year maintenance plan.
Our Expertise
We encourage our customers to come with us on the inspection, to ask our engineers questions during the inspection, and to take full advantage of our knowledge. You are even welcome to call us after you receive the report for any additional questions you might have. It's all part of our commitment to you!
