In most states, licensed P.E.s are the only ones who can legally comment on the structural integrity of a building. All Criterium building inspection services are performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers(NABIE). NABIE is a chartered affinity group of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
